A. All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your item(s) has been shipped.

We ship with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 10-15 business days delivery time from your package is shipped as your item(s) may be shipped from one of our international fulfillment centers depending on the item(s).

A. You can track your order in real time by entering your tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email on the Track Order page, or by clicking the tracking number link in your shipping confirmation email.

A. If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we might be able to make changes. However, we can't make any promises. Note: Most orders ship out within 48 hours so please be sure to contact as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order!
Q. I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive some of them?
A. We sometimes ship different items separately to make sure you receive your items as fast as possible. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once.
